Wendy Taylor
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

For 23 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and some of life’s most complicated transitions.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and better understand yourself- not just what you’re feeling, but what may be underneath it.

I’m warm, affirming, engaged, and genuinely present in the work we do together. I believe the relationship we build matters, and you can expect honesty, compassion, and a real person sitting across from you.

I believe therapy should help you find your way forward.

Not one-size-fits-all. Not clinical and cold.

Your history, relationships, identity, experiences, and values all shape who you are today. Therapy gives us space to understand those pieces together- while helping you create meaningful change in the life you’re living now.

EMPOWERMENT

We’ll build insight, confidence, and practical tools that help you make choices that feel aligned with you.

SAFETY

You can show up as you are. This is a space where all of you is welcome.

HOPE

Change is possible. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

How I work with you.

I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and more than two decades of experience- but you remain the expert on your own life.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools for the things you’re navigating right now.

You set the pace. I’ll walk with you.

My approach is relational + individualized.

I don’t believe therapy should follow the exact same formula for every person. I draw from a range of approaches and thoughtfully adapt our work to who you are, what you’ve experienced, and what you need.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • EMDR & Trauma-Informed Care

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

At the heart of all of these approaches is something simple: helping you understand yourself more deeply while creating meaningful change that carries into your everyday life.

Ready when you are.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You just need a place to begin.
