Anxiety, Depression & Daily Stress

When your mind feels constantly “on,” everyday life can become exhausting. You might feel overwhelmed, worried, stuck in negative thought loops, or like you’re never doing enough.

Together, we’ll build practical coping skills while exploring what’s underneath- so you can feel more in control, capable, and like yourself again.

02

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can impact the way you think, feel, and move through the world- even long after the experience itself.

In our work together, you’ll have a safe, trauma-informed space to process what you’ve been through without feeling pressured to relive every detail. We’ll work at a pace that respects your nervous system and supports healing.

EMDR is an approach that can be integrated into our work when it feels like a good fit for you.

03

Relationships & Attachment

Our early experiences and past relationships shape how we connect, communicate, trust, and set boundaries today.

We’ll explore the patterns that show up in your relationships- so you can build deeper self-awareness and create more secure, fulfilling connections.

Sometimes the relationship work brings up something that needs a space of its own. Individual therapy can help you focus on your part of the story.

04

Grief, Identity & Life Transitions

Whether you’re navigating a loss, a major life change, questions around identity, or a season of uncertainty, you don’t have to go through it alone.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and help you find clarity, meaning, and your footing in what comes next.

AFFIRMING CARE

A space where all of you is welcome.

Therapy works best when you don’t have to edit yourself to fit the room. Your identity, relationships, lived experiences, and the ways your brain works are all part of the bigger picture- and they deserve to be met with curiosity, respect, and care.

Culturally Responsive

You don’t need to explain, defend, or minimize who you are in order to receive meaningful support. We’ll create space for the parts of your experience that matter to you and shape therapy around the person you actually are.

Therapy is an investment in feeling more like you.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session.

Wendy provides virtual therapy to adults located in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and New Mexico.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going to take the first step forward.

Maybe you know something needs to change. Maybe you’re still figuring out what that something is. Either way, you don’t have to sort through it alone.

We’ll start where you are and move forward from there, together.
